Questions & answers

Do I need to install an app?

No. The card is a page that opens on any phone and browser, and your clients don't install anything either.

Can I change details after the card was shared?

Yes. Change them in the system, and the card updates right away for everyone with the link, the QR or the NFC card.

How does an NFC card work?

The card has a small chip. Tap it on the back of a client's phone, and the digital card opens. Most newer phones support it, and on iPhone it works with no setup.

Is the digital signature valid?

It's a standard electronic signature: the text, time and IP address are kept with the signature. Contracts that require a certified electronic signature need a dedicated solution.

Can Abby make up prices?

No. Abby answers only from the business info. When the answer isn't there, she offers a callback or a meeting, and the owner gets the request.

What happens to my card if I stop Pro?

The card keeps working on the free plan, with all contact options and the QR.
