Terms of Service – AutoWriter

Last updated: October 31, 2026

This is an English translation for convenience. The Hebrew version is the binding one.

Welcome to AutoWriter (the "Service"), operated by Olympus Health Solutions (business no. 027922970) ("we"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is, and what it isn't

AutoWriter is AI-based software that helps business and website owners: planning and writing articles, content kits (posts, images, videos and newsletters), designed posts and image ads, videos (including talking-presenter videos, dubbing and transcription), landing pages, a website chat, a digital business card, a live magazine, a publishing calendar, digital assistants for marketing, sales and money, site checks, search and AI-engine performance analysis, competitor comparison and link management.

  • The Service is a software tool, not an agency, adviser, employee or representative of yours. Business, marketing and legal decisions remain yours.
  • By default, articles are sent to your site as drafts. Content is published publicly only if you approved it, or if you explicitly chose direct publishing or autopilot. In that case, you are responsible for content that is published automatically.
  • We add, change and remove features from time to time. Features marked "new", "experimental" or "beta" are provided as they are and may change or be discontinued.

2. Business use, and your account

  • The Service is for business use only, by people aged 18 or over. Whoever opens an account for a business confirms they are authorised to act for it and bind it.
  • You must give accurate details, keep your password confidential and not share it.
  • You are responsible for all activity in your account, including by team members, employees or contractors you gave access to. When one of them leaves the role, you must remove their access.
  • If you suspect unauthorised use, change your password at once, sign out of all devices and let us know.

3. AI-generated content: what you should know

  • Articles, posts, images, videos, titles, scores, forecasts and insights in the Service are generated automatically and are not reviewed by a person before you see them.
  • Content may be wrong, incomplete, outdated or misleading, and may be similar to content generated for others.
  • You alone are responsible for checking, editing and approving any content before publishing or using it, including facts, prices, promotions, claims about products and services, and legal compliance. This applies especially to health, legal, financial and tax topics.
  • The content is not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, tax or other). Forecasts, scores and estimates are estimates only, not commitments.

4. Approvals: you decide, and you are responsible

  • Your approval of an action in the Service, such as publishing an article, scheduling a post, turning on autopilot, sending a newsletter or buying something, is a binding instruction that we carry out in your name and in the accounts you connected.
  • Approving a scheduled action or an automation also approves carrying it out later, without further confirmation. Cancelling after it has run does not always undo it.
  • Deleting or changing something on an external platform, such as your site or a social network, may be permanent.
  • For all purposes, you are the publisher and owner of the content published from your accounts and sites.

5. Connecting third-party services

  • When you connect the Service to WordPress, Google (such as Search Console, Analytics and Drive), social networks or another service, you authorise us to act there on your behalf within the permissions you granted. You can disconnect any connection at any time.
  • Connect only sites and accounts you are authorised to manage. Those services' own terms and policies also apply, and you must comply with them.
  • Publishing to networks through your accounts: when you connect a Facebook Page, an Instagram account, LinkedIn or a Telegram channel, posts go out from your account and you are the publisher. A post goes out only after you approve it, or according to the setting you chose (for example if you turned off "Every post waits for my approval"). You must follow each network's terms and content rules.
  • Personal bot on Telegram or WhatsApp: the bot sends summaries and tasks only to the account owner and never contacts your customers. Tokens, connection codes and webhook addresses are like passwords: keep them secret, and if they leak, replace them inside the Service.
  • We are not affiliated with Google, Meta, OpenAI, Anthropic, WordPress or any other platform, and we are not responsible for their decisions (such as blocking, restricting, rejecting or changing rankings), their outages, changes to their interfaces or their charges.

6. Content, legal compliance and results

  • You are responsible for making sure the content, ads, landing pages and newsletters you publish comply with the law, including consumer protection, the ban on misleading advertising, privacy law, the ban on sending advertising without consent (Israel's Communications Law, the "spam law"), copyright and trademarks.
  • We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, impressions, leads, sales or recommendations of your business on Google or AI engines. These depend on many factors outside our control (see section 13).
  • Enquiries and leads from your landing pages or site belong to you, and you are responsible for using them lawfully.

7. The link-exchange network

Taking part in the link network is voluntary and can be turned off at any time. Links are added only where they are relevant to the content. However, Google's spam policies prohibit link schemes whose only purpose is to influence rankings. The decision to take part, and the risk involved, are yours.

8. Content and intellectual property

  • Content you upload to the Service, and content generated for you, belong to you to the extent the law allows, subject to third-party rights and the AI providers' terms.
  • You grant us a limited permission to process, store, adapt and transmit the content solely to operate the Service for you.
  • We will not use your business content for our own marketing, as a portfolio example or to train general models without your consent.
  • You confirm that you hold all rights and consents for the materials you upload, such as images, logos, music, trademarks and pictures of people.
  • We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is not similar to existing works, does not infringe others' rights or can be protected by copyright.
  • The software, design, the AutoWriter name, logo and templates belong to us.
  • The idea packs, templates, design kits and samples in the Service (for example in The Creative, The Designer and landing pages) belong to us. You may use the outputs made for you, but not copy or sell the packs and templates themselves.
  • When you upload a product photo, screen, logo or other material to be included in an output, you confirm you have the right to use it. Text that appears inside an image or video is AI-generated; read every output before you publish it.
  • Stock photos: when the Service uses photos from free stock libraries, only photos the library allows for commercial use are chosen, and the library's terms apply to them.
  • Live magazine: news items are original rewritten summaries with a link to the source. We do not copy full articles, and we do not show source photos unless you have confirmed you have the right to use them.
  • We do not scan social media accounts. Your brand kit and other designs are built only from materials you choose to upload.
  • If you own the rights, or are authorized to act for the owner, and believe that content in the Service, on our site or in output created through the Service infringes your rights, send a notice to office@autowriter.biz with: a description of the protected work and proof that the rights are yours; a description of the infringing content and where it appears (address, username or screenshot); your full name and contact details; a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; and a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
  • We confirm receipt and review the notice, usually within 7 business days. Depending on the review, we may remove the content, block access to it, contact the user who uploaded it, or suspend an account that infringes repeatedly.
  • Content a user has already published outside the Service, on their own site or social media, is their responsibility. In that case we will forward the notice to them.
  • Counter-notice: if your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, send a reasoned explanation to the same address. We will review it and may restore the content or keep it removed, depending on the circumstances.

9. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to:

  • create or publish content that is illegal, misleading, offensive, discriminatory, sexual, infringing or impersonates a person or organisation;
  • advertise in prohibited fields, such as illegal gambling, adult content or weapons sales, or products that may not legally be advertised;
  • send advertising without consent, or collect personal data that is not needed;
  • attack the Service, overload it or bypass its security;
  • copy or reverse-engineer the Service, or operate it automatically other than through our official interfaces;
  • connect a site or account you are not authorised to manage;
  • create a character, voice or image of a real person without their explicit consent;
  • publish fake reviews, ask only happy customers for reviews, or give a reward for a review, contrary to Google's rules;
  • use the outputs or the Service to train an AI model, or to build a competing service;
  • sell, rent or pass on access to the Service or to your account, other than through the team permissions the Service provides.

9A. Faces, voices and likeness

Some tools let you upload a photo of a person or a voice recording, and create a talking-presenter video or a cloned voice from them.

  • You may upload only your own face or voice, or those of an adult who gave you explicit, informed, written consent for this use.
  • You may not upload, create or clone the face, voice or likeness of a minor, of a celebrity, public figure or politician without their explicit permission, or of anyone who did not consent.
  • You may not use a likeness or voice to impersonate, mislead, defraud, harass, defame, create sexual content, or for any unlawful purpose.
  • Before a photo or voice is used, we ask you to confirm explicitly that you have the required consents. We keep a record of that confirmation: the time, the account ID, the IP address and the wording you confirmed. The record is used for verification, complaints and legal compliance.
  • Obtaining and keeping the consents is your responsibility. We do not verify on our own that consent exists.
  • You can delete the photo, the recording and the cloned voice from the Service at any time.
  • Breaching this section may lead to immediate suspension of the account, deletion of the outputs and cancellation of credits.
  • Where the law or a network requires it, label the video as AI-generated.

10. Prices, payment and AI actions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically every month or year, according to the plan you chose, and are charged in advance to the saved card through a licensed payment processor. The price, what it includes and the renewal date are shown before you commit. VAT is added by law where applicable.
  • A trial period, if any, becomes a paid subscription at its end unless cancelled.
  • Some plans and modules include a monthly allowance of AI actions, articles or credits. An unused monthly allowance does not carry over. Credits bought separately are valid for 12 months, have no cash value and are not transferable. When the allowance runs out, work pauses until you buy more, upgrade or the next period starts. The cost of an action may change, and the estimates shown are approximate.
  • If a payment fails, we will let you know. If it is not resolved within 7 days, we may suspend the Service. Suspension does not cancel the obligation to pay.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. The change applies from the next renewal, and you can cancel before it.
  • Third-party costs are not included, such as site hosting, domains, paid-ad budgets and external tools.
  • Free trials and free quotas are given once per business. Opening several accounts to get more trials or more free quota may lead to closing those accounts, or to moving them to a paid plan.

11. Cancellation and refunds

  • You can cancel at any time from the subscription page, or by writing to us. Cancellation is not conditional on a retention call. Access continues until the end of the paid period, and no further charges are made.
  • Refunds: the Service is an ongoing service bought by distance sale. A customer who is a "consumer" under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, may cancel within 14 days of signing up or of receiving the document with the transaction details, whichever is later, even after starting to use the Service. The amount paid is then refunded, less the proportional price of the service already provided and a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the price or NIS 100, whichever is lower, within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice. People with disabilities, senior citizens and new immigrants may cancel within a longer period, under the conditions set by law.
  • A customer who buys the Service for business purposes is not a "consumer" under that law: cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, with no refund for a period that has already started.
  • One-off add-ons, such as link credits and AI-action credits, are not refundable once used.
  • If Israel's Consumer Protection Law and the transaction-cancellation regulations apply to you, they prevail over this section.
  • A failed creation is given back automatically: if a story, designed post or other action was not completed because of a fault on our side, it does not count toward your quota.
  • If you were charged by mistake, or a fault prevented reasonable use of the Service, contact us with your account details and a description of the problem. We review every request and refund any wrong charge.
  • Payments are processed by secure payment providers: Grow (Meshulam) in shekels and Stripe in US dollars. Charges and invoices are also subject to the provider's terms.

12. Suspension, closing and data

  • We may suspend or close an account, wholly or partly, for breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected misuse or fraud, risk to other users, or a legal requirement. We will notify you in advance where possible.
  • If we discontinue the whole Service, we will give at least 30 days' notice and refund the prepaid unused portion pro rata.
  • You can close your account at any time from the subscription page. Data is kept for 30 days and then deleted, unless the law requires keeping it, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
  • Cancelling a subscription, closing an account and disconnecting a connection are separate actions, and none of them deletes content already published on your site or on social networks. Download a backup of anything important before closing.
  • An account with no paid subscription that hasn't been signed into for 12 consecutive months may be closed. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email, and signing in once prevents the closure.

13. Availability and limitation of liability

No guaranteed results. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to the best of our professional and technological ability, but we do not commit to or promise any result, including: position or ranking in search engines (such as Google) or AI engines (such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini), mention or recommendation of the business, volume of traffic, impressions, clicks, leads, enquiries, sales, revenue or profit.

Promotion and visibility results depend on many factors outside our control, including: search-engine and AI-engine algorithms and policies, which change from time to time without notice; competitors' actions; the quality, infrastructure and hosting of the site; the field and its competition; and content and actions that are your responsibility. Data, scores, estimates, reports, recommendations and forecasts shown in the Service (including check scores, share of voice, positions and traffic estimates) are estimates only, may be partial or inaccurate, and are not professional, legal, financial or other advice.

We do not guarantee continuous, error-free operation. Outages, delays and changes may occur, including at external providers, and scheduled actions may be delayed or fail. We will try to give advance notice of planned maintenance.

Any business decision or action you take based on the Service, its content or data is your sole responsibility. You will have no claim, demand or lawsuit against us for not achieving an expected result, a drop in rankings, traffic or revenue, or changes or decisions by third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damage, or loss of profits, revenue, customers, reputation, data or business opportunities, arising from use of the Service or content created in it. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event. This limitation does not limit liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for fraud or wilful misconduct, or rights that cannot be waived under consumer-protection, privacy or standard-contract law.

14. Indemnity

You will indemnify us, our shareholders, managers and employees for reasonable damage, expense or payment, including reasonable legal fees, caused by a third-party claim (such as from your customer, an authority or a platform) arising from content you published or approved, your customers' data, or use of the Service in breach of these Terms or the law. We will notify you of such a claim promptly, let you defend it and not settle without your consent. The indemnity does not apply to harm caused by our own act or omission.

15. Your business's customer data

When the Service processes data about your business's customers, such as landing-page and business-card enquiries, appointment bookings or a mailing list, we act on your instructions and solely to provide the Service to you. You confirm you have a lawful basis for collecting the data and have given your customers the required notices and consents. We keep the data confidential, limit access to it and assist as the law requires with access or deletion requests and security incidents. We do not sell the data, cross-match it between businesses or build profiles from it. Our sub-processors are listed in the Privacy Policy.

16. Digital business card, digital assistant and forms to sign

The card. The basic card is free and shows a small "Made with AutoWriter" badge. Details filled in automatically (from your business settings, landing page or website) are only a suggestion, and you are responsible for checking they are correct before you publish the card. Pro, the digital assistant, and leads with forms to sign are paid monthly add-ons, as listed in the price list.

The card's digital assistant. The digital assistant answers card visitors using artificial intelligence, based on your business information. Its answers are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, and they are not a commitment by you or by us to any price, availability or result. Visitors are told it is an AI assistant. You are responsible for the information you give it. Meetings the assistant books go into your calendar, and you are responsible for confirming, keeping or cancelling them.

Leads. Details visitors leave on the card (in the form, a callback request or a booking) are kept for you, as described in section 15. Before sending the form, the visitor agrees to pass their details to you. Using the details to send advertising requires separate consent under section 30A of the Israeli Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 1982, and any other law that applies to you.

Forms to sign. Signing on the card is an electronic signature under the Israeli Electronic Signature Law, 2001. It is not a secure or certified electronic signature. With every signature we keep the exact text signed, the time, the IP address and a document code. You are responsible for the documents' content and for the signature type suiting your needs. Where the law requires a certified signature or another form for a document, use a suitable solution.

Printed NFC card. Ordering a printed card is a request, and the deal is made only after you approve the design and pay. The card is made specially from your details, so once you approve the design and production starts, the order cannot be cancelled, subject to consumer protection law. A faulty card, or one that differs from the design you approved, will be replaced. The link on the chip is permanent and keeps working as long as your digital card is active.

Prohibited use. You may not use the card, the digital assistant or the forms to impersonate anyone, mislead, collect data unlawfully or send advertising against the law. A card that breaks these Terms may be disabled.

16A. The digital assistants ("The Champions Team")

  • What they do: AI-based tools that prepare drafts and recommendations for the business's marketing, sales and finances, such as marketing plans, campaign plans and ad sets, market research, call scripts, call analysis, follow-up messages, review requests, month summaries and next-step suggestions.
  • Nothing goes out without your action: messages to customers, follow-ups and review requests open in your own WhatsApp, SMS or email, and only you send them. A post goes out to a network only after approval, or according to the setting you chose. You are responsible for everything sent or published.
  • Outputs and research: outputs may contain errors, gaps or unsuitable wording, and every output must be checked before use. Market research is written only from publicly available information and does not include verified market data.
  • Not professional advice: figures, estimates (including the VAT estimate) and financial recommendations are management aids only, and are not tax, investment or legal advice or bookkeeping. For reporting and tax decisions, consult an accountant.
  • Packages and AI actions: the price depends on the number of assistants in the package, as shown at purchase, before VAT. Each package has a monthly quota of AI actions; unused quota does not carry over. Managing leads, the calendar, expenses, links, the bot and connections is not counted.
  • Trial: 14 days, once per account, with no credit card. At the end, access to the assistants stops until a package is chosen, and your data is kept.
  • AI characters and videos: a character based on a real person requires that person's explicit consent. You must label AI-generated content where a network or the law requires it.
  • Google reviews: ask all customers the same way, give no reward for a review and publish no fake reviews, following Google's rules.
  • Team permissions: the business owner decides which assistants each team member works with, and is responsible for the permissions given.

17. Claims and dispute resolution

If you have a claim, send it to us in writing as soon as possible, with the relevant details. We will try to resolve any dispute in good faith within 30 days of receiving it, and only if that fails may the courts be approached.

18. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as war, a state of emergency, natural disaster, pandemic, strike, internet-infrastructure failure, or outages and changes at Google, AI providers, hosting providers or other platforms.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will give at least 30 days' notice of a material change by email or in the Service, except changes required by law or by a platform, which may apply sooner. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms, and you can cancel your subscription before then.

20. General

  • These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us and override any earlier representation or understanding.
  • If any section is found invalid, it will be read in the closest valid way to its intent, and the other sections stay in force.
  • Not using a right, or delay in using it, is not a waiver of it.
  • The rights and obligations under these Terms may not be transferred without our written consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, sale or transfer of activity, provided your rights are preserved.
  • Our records, such as approvals, action logs and charges, are prima facie evidence of what they show.
  • Notices are given in the Service or to the account's email address, and are deemed received on the business day after sending.
  • We may use suggestions, ideas and feedback you send us about the Service to improve it, without payment and without a duty of confidentiality. Your business information and content are not "feedback" and remain yours, as set out in section 8.

21. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Subject to the law on jurisdiction, the competent courts of the Central District of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.

22. Accessibility

Details about the accessibility of the Service and how to contact us about it are in the accessibility statement.
